Post My introduction to LQ.


Hello,
My name is Richard and I've been working with Linux on and off (mostly off) for about 10 years. I'm now at a company where it is the primary OS for the products we sell. So, I'm having quite the crash course, and I do mean crash...

I hope I'm not the only one that feels like with every one thing I learn, there are 10 more I still need to get a grip on... Luckily, I like a challenge.

We are using a version of Debian on our older systems, but for the newer development, we are using the Ubuntu server flavor. So far, so good.

That's about it for now. I look forward to being involved in this forum environment.
