D-Link Airplus Pci Adapter and Suse 9.0

Hello everyone,

I just purchased Suse 9.0 professional to give Linux a try. I know my way around windows but this is my first encounter with Linux, so i don't know much.

The installation was going fine until I got to the internet connection part. It didn't detect my D-Link AirPlus Wireless PCI Adapter(DWL-520+). I have the D-link wireless router connected to the internet with DSL.

Anyways, I went on and tried to show it manually that i had it, but that failed everytime.

So does anyone know what the problem is. I'm guessing I need the driver or something. Does anyone know anything about this?

I saw some support on sourceforge.net. They were making a driver, unfortunately for me I got the same card except without the plus on the end, and so I don't have any support.

this should help you out....I wish you much luck, my card is not supported so I haven't even looked at the drivers....
