[SOLVED] Unable to copy files from Guest to Host in VMware Workstation

Hello Friends !!

I am having a strange problem here :

I am able to copy-paste files from Host OS to Guest OS in vmware workstation. But i am not able to copy-paste the same file(s) from the Guest OS to Host OS.

Note : I have installed vmware-tools.

Here are the details of my system:
Host OS : Windows XP SP2
Guest OS : RHEL 5.6
VMware Workstation : version 9

Pls share ur suggestions.. !!

How to check the version of the vmware-tools ?

Check if you have the options enabled to copy to the host, looks like guest only is enable.
To check the version, in the manager screen look at help and about.
