The windows machine is the host, in this configuration, the CentOS 5 server the guest.
Intel VT-x is the Intel virtualization "module" that supports hardware virtualization, which is apparenlty not running on the windows machine... at least, according to that message.

Which processor are using?

For features supported by Intel Processors look at http://ark.intel.com

Yeah, might very well be that you're processor truly doesn't support it. Need to know which generation it is to know for sure if it supports it or not.

A lot of intel's for laptops do not support vt-x. There has to be full support for both cpu and chipset and bios.

Might look at cpu at intel for features. then check for chipset and then check for bios settings. May not be clearly marked as to what to enable in bios.

For some reason I think some vm will work if needed. Pretty sure qemu will still work as it is full emulated cpu.
