Question Question about the Walrus storage manager in UEC

Suppose I have the following UEC setup:
1 CLC/Walrus server
1 CC/SC server
8 NC servers

Each NC has 500GB of disk space each. Is there a way I can use Walrus to create a consolidated storage pool from the disks on the NC, and then have any VMs utilize that storage pool. Basically I do not have access to a SAN or storage system that the CLC/Walrus box can use atm.
