I'm using ubuntu jeos, which is in an ubuntu 9.10 server. I connect to it using ssh. Now, I connect using: ssh -X myid@my_ip. But when I try to run certain application that needs an X server I get: "cannot connect to X server". I'm running xubuntu, the X server is certainly on. I connect this way and run this application at the server every time, but cannot make it work on the ubuntu jeos virtual machine.

openssh server is installed. At the /etc/ssh/ssh_config file, X11forwarding is enabled. I'm using the -X to connect. What am I missing?

Don't know what I did, which is not a good thing, but today it worked like a charm, which is a good thing.
