64bit vmware workstation cpu question/help

hello I have a Acer Aspire 7730ZG laptop with Intel pentium dual core processor T4200 I have Fedora 13 x86_64 installed as the host with VMware-Workstation-Full-7.1.0-261024.x86_64 installed.
When I try to start Vmware workstation install of fedora 12 x86_64, I get a error:

You have configured this virtual machine to use a 64-bit guest operating system. However, 64-bit operation is not possible. This host does not support VT.
For more detailed information, see http://vmware.com/info?id=152.

Continue without 64-bit support?

I downloaded the VMware-CPU-Compatibility-e.x.p-160658 and ran this, screenshot's included.

uname -a

From your second screenshot :
Supports 64 bit VMware : No

Have you tried using the Fedora vm manager to create a 64 bit guest ?

CPUs without hardware virtualization support (VT-X /AMD-V) will not run 64 bit vm guests.
