[SOLVED] Vmware USB module doesn't start.

Hi.

What is the name of vmware-USB module, so I can start it with a commnd?

I`m using Vmware Player on PCLinux.
After restart some vmware modules don't autostart.
I added
modprobe vmmon
modprobe vmci
modprobe vmnet
vmware-networks --start
to /etc/rc.d/rc.local

I guess the next should be USB module because it doesn't work.

Thanks.

Are the following options in the vmx file?

## Usb configuration.

## Activate usb on system startup.

usb.present = "TRUE"

usb.generic.autoconnect = "TRUE"

Does your distro have usb support enabled?

Thanks for advice.

I reinstalled vmware.
USB at startup was anabled and distribution has USB support.

This provlem often happens after large upgrade.
Perhaps, because of lack of some vmware configurations for a new kernel.
