windows installation problem when reiserfs is the 1st partition

I know this isnt the best place to ask this question but i have searched everywhere and found nothing. I hdd looks like this now:
Code:

Name Flags Part Type FS Type [Label] Size (MB)
 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
hda1 Boot Primary Linux ReiserFS 41.13
      hda2 Primary Linux ReiserFS 4836.47
      hda5 Logical Linux swap 526.42
      hda4 Primary W95 FAT32 (LBA) 34060.89
      hda6 Logical W95 FAT32 551.10
What i want is to install WinXP on hda4 (FAT32) but the installer tells me that there is no suitable filesystem on my HDD. hda1 is the boot partition - i have there grub installed, hda2 is my Gentoo Linux partition . If anyone had that problem please answer'n'help

Strange, it is probably best to use ext2 for boot. You issue is that your initrd is not loading the reiserfs module. There is no way to boot up if reiser is not known by the kernel yet. Either make an initrd or build reiserfs directly into the kernel. Best is using ext2 for the /boot partition
