What is cpu/mem monitoring tool seen here?

I see this perfmon tool in several Linux screenshots. Can anyone tell me what it is? Is it kde/gnome specific?

The app in question is on BobGuy and Alakazam's screenshots in this thread: bitbenderforums.com/vb22/showthread.php?s=&threadid=62540&highlight=mandrake

(Mods - I hope you can agree that this is not spam, and hope you'll allow this even though i haven't hit the 5-posts-before-linking-URL threshold).

Thanks.

Before I even opened this thread, I knew what my answer would be. I opened the thread and followed the link - at the bottom of the picture is the taskbar. There are 2 programs listed. One is XMMS - the multimedia player. The other is the one you want - it even has it's name there. The program itself is using a transparent skin. It works in KDE, Gnome, IceWM, Fluxbox and if you read my sig block you will see the answer towards the bottom of the links.

Full marks for being the first person in 2005 to ask this question

Thanks! Even as Linux noob, I should have at least been observant enough to notice the taskbar. -1 style points for me.

Thanks again.
