what games can play on linux

I want to learn linux but I really want to be able to play computer games, can any one tell me what games you can play on linux?

examples : medal of honor, half-life

Medal of Honor and Half-Life will run with WineX very well. Get it from Transgaming.com.

There are versions of Quake3, Kohan, NeverWinter Nights, and lots of others that run natively in Linux as well.

Many other Windows games run fine with the free version of Wine.
