http://www.gagme.com/greg/linux/f10-tips.php - although they are aimed at the Fedora user, they should still apply.

Also, using full words and saying please will get you far more help than merely demanding a solution.

Welcome to LQ.

I have merged your 2 closely-related threads......Please keep this all in one place.

What version of RedHat?

Have you looked using the package manager?

I assume you mean RedHat Enterprise 5. If not, then maybe Fedora?

I asked you if you had checked with the package manager.......

And--please do not use texting shorthand here--spell out your words.

Fixed:
Thanks for that correction, my bad. Next time I'll say please. I am sorry.

@pixellany,It is redhat enterprise 5 and the point is redhat enterprise 5 doesn't recognise my built-in wireless device, so i use windows to download the source code and install manually on RHEL5. So the problem is where to download source code that wont give me any "lib-" problem. Thanks in advance

One more time: Are you using the package manager? This will take care of libraries (AKA "dependencies").

Note: Are you using a paid (supported) copy of RHEL 5? If not, you'll be better off with something like CentOS or Fedora.

You can use your Windows Wireless driver in Linux, they work, take a look at ndiswrapper. After that, just use the packet manager. But if it is your laptop and you installed RedHat because you think it is the best, then no, it is not a good choice for a Laptop. It is a server distribution, it is not intended for users, even more for laptop user. If you want to stay in the RedHat world, use Fedora. If you don't care, then use Ubuntu.
