VoIP in LAN


is there some nice software for VoIP calls in LAN, that works without WAN, and supports android+ios?

More complicated then you may desire but here are a few PBX SIP servers, FreePBX/Asterisk, 3CX or Elastix (also 3CX). I am not familiar with 3CX but with Asterisk you can setup each device as an extension. There are many clients for Android, IOS, linux and Windows.
