Ubuntu - software updates

My OS is UBUNTU 19.10 64 bit. Since few months I'm getting the following message in Ubuntu Software Folder.
Unable to download updates: failed to refresh cache: E: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/clipgarb-team/ppa/ubuntu eoan Release' does not have a release file
How to resolve it?
However, I'm getting all the updates regularly and there is no hindrance for installing.
