Morning everyone!

I have a new project at work that I need some suggestion on. I have been put in charge of finding a open source project that will do the following:

-trouble ticket system (so employees can open request)
-inventory manager/tracker

I was curious if anyone had suggestion or recommendations on some software that would work this? It does not necessarily have to be all in one, it can be two different pieces of software.

Also, a web interface would be nice to have as well and preferred.

Does anyone have any suggestsions or recommendations? Any personal experiences of a particular product?
