Thinkpad_acpi module

Hi, I am using thinkpad e14 gen2 . However my fn keys are not working properly I need to install that driver. https://sourceforge.net/projects/ibm-acpi/

However I searched it through google but could not find how to install this. It is .patch.gz file. I would be happy If you can help me.

The names appear to be dates, meaning these are at least 10 years old. If they are kernel patches, they may not apply cleanly to later kernels than which they were developed and would require building a new kernel. It seems unlikely to me that basic functionality has not been merged or re-implemented in current kernels.

What distro are you running? What functions do you want to get working?

Yeah after writing this post I realized that.
Code:
~ ❯❯❯ lsmod | grep acpi
snd_intel_sdw_acpi 20480 1 snd_intel_dspcfg
thinkpad_acpi 131072 0
ucsi_acpi 16384 0
platform_profile 16384 1 thinkpad_acpi
typec_ucsi 49152 1 ucsi_acpi
ledtrig_audio 16384 3 snd_ctl_led,snd_hda_codec_generic,thinkpad_acpi
rfkill 32768 8 bluetooth,thinkpad_acpi,cfg80211
snd 114688 21 snd_ctl_led,snd_hda_codec_generic,snd_hda_codec_hdmi,snd_hwdep,snd_hda_intel,snd_hda_codec,snd_hda_codec_realtek,snd_timer,thinkpad_acpi,snd_pcm
video 57344 1 thinkpad_acpi
acpi_cpufreq 32768 0
acpi_call 16384 0
Kernel has loaded thinkpad_acpi module succesfully. However I do not think this is the problem. I can not use my Fn lock key and multimedia buttons. Also when I plug my battery in or out, it takes approximately 2 minutes for operating system to detect that hardware is charging. There is software level problem not hardware.
