Terminator & Dmenu

I've started using terminator lately but would like to add some options. Specifically I would like to arrange it so it opens maximised, and split vertically if possible as well.

The option to startup maximised is

Code:
terminator -m
Which I know how to do in a desktop file or something but i can't work out how to pass similar options through dmenu, which i tend to use a lot. Any ideas?

Also I have no idea how to startup vertically split. I've tried messing with the config file but nothing seems to have any affect.

Any help gratefully accepted.

AFAIK, there is no option to start Terminator with vertically split.

I don't use dmenu therefore I can't give you any ideas. But in KDE, you can create shortcut (mine is Alt + R) to run Terminator with any arguments.

Thanks I have actually got it set up to do that (in openbox), but I would like to know anyway, as it would increase the usability of dmenu greatly, in this and many other ways.
