SABnzbd+ 0.7.11 start up error in Slackware 14.0

Whenever I try to start up sabnzbd+ from the terminal using:
Code:
python ./SABnzbd.py -s http://news.newshosting.com:23 -l 2 -b 1
I get an error as shown in the attached picture. This happens even when I use a different port or the syntax:
Code:
python ./SABnzbd.py -s news.newshosting.com:23 -l 2 -b 1
I have installed the required dependencies. I have also installed the latest version of Firefox as well. The debug information is shown in the attached text file. What is my problem?

Looking at it's man page:

Code:
  -s --server <host:port>
Hostname or ip address and port to listen on
This tells me this is where sabnzb+ is to be looking for activity (i.e. localhost:8080 normally). So, if I wanted sabnzbd+ to be accessed from port 8084 instead:

Code:
sabnzbdplus -s localhost:8084
I think you want to set up news.newshopsting.com:23 as the server you want to download your articles from, correct? That server you would set up in sabnzb's config file: ~/.sabnzbd/sabnzbd.ini.

http://wiki.sabnzbd.org for more info.

I would run sabnzbd as a daemon, and connect to localhost:8080 to set it up. First time connecting to the web setup, you'll be presented with a wizard.

Yes I want to use newshosting, I have setup my connection as advised. It solved my problem. I had not read the wiki. I was only using the options available for the python launcher. The config file contains a lot of useful options. Thank you for your answer.
