running limewire from fluxbox menu or desktop icon

probably a very simple question, but im stuck. i have limewire installed (the java version, i think ) and in order to run it i have to go to a terminal and go to the ~/LimeWire folder and run /.runLime.sh but i want to be able to open it from my fluxbox menu, or from an icon in KDE. How do i do this?

edit ~/.fluxbox/menu and just create an entry for it in there:
Code:
        [exec] (LimeWire) {~/LimeWireIsCrap/runlime.sh}
