red hat 9-nvidia driver-xmms player problem

hi

just install red hat 9, installed nvidia driver. the nvidia driver works well, nice screensavers-3d.

the problem-

it crashes my xmms player, segmentation fault-it works untill i install the nvidia driver, after that, when i click on a song, it will not open xmms player.

anyone eles had this problem and suggest a solution

did you try re-installing xmms ?
or open a terminal, and type xmms and then when it crashes, copy/paste the error here and see if anyone has an idea..i personally can't see the video drivers causing an audio player not to work, but wierder things have happened...

well, it,s happening, only with red hat 9. installed nvidia driver on suse 8.2, it was a breeze and only half the steps, works great too. will copy and paste next time i try it. see ya
