qtrans - offline dictionary


I someone looks for an offline dictionary here is one
http://sourceforge.net/projects/qtrans0/
there is also a Slackware 15.0 package

qtrans 0.3.2.8 need only qt5 to build, and not KDE5 (not all things are already implemented)
