Public key not available - apt update failure

Hi, all.
I'm a debian user and have a problem with gpg authentication of apt.

When I do

aptitude update

I get the following:
Quote:
W: GPG error: http://ftp.debian-unofficial.org stable Release: The following signiture could not be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 394D199524C52AC3

I searched the forum and the web for the solution but NONE of them worked for me.:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ilable-399446/
http://www.debian-unofficial.org/faq.html

any ideas?

My sources.list file:

No, they didn't work at all.

I did copy&paste then execute every solution.

When I do "aptitude install debian-unofficial-archive-keyring",
It says there is no such package.

However, I tried installing the keyring package here and it worked !!
http://www.debian-mutimedia.org
I did "dpkg -i debian-multimedia-keyring_2007.02.14_all.deb"

Yes - you are right it doesn't work for me anymore either.Had that setup a while ago and it workde fine back then but when I tried again today it didn't work.

Probably a good idea to sent whoever is in charge there an email about it.

Yes. There seems to be no other way than sending an email to them.... Nothing better to do.

I'll try it. Thank you.

Did you try downloading the key and importing it to your keyring and running again?

Here it is:

Save this to debian.pub and then do

gpg --import debian.pub

Thank you for posting a reply, Randux.

I tried your solution but it didn't work...... :
Code:
# gpg --import ./debian.gpg
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0
Well, "downloading the key and importing it to your keyring and running again" is a solution on the web page that I mentioned before. I followed ALL intructions on the web page.

As for www.debian-mutimedia.org, I could download/install keyring package from the web page.

However, I can find neither keyring package nor the gpg key to get it working on www.debian-unofficial.org. (I could download the key, but didn't work.)

I may not be guilty for this problem

I found some hints on this page:

http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.p...94c1977915fae5

The problem may be just because the source servers does not provide the signs for each package.
