pass locale info to a specific application?

Hi,

Is there a way to pass locale information (LANG, LC_ALL, etc) info to a specific application only? I am trying to enable OpenOffice 1.1.3 to support Korean and if I set LANG or LC_CTYPE to ko_KR-utf-8 then ami does run and I can input korean, but I also get man pages and other apps displaying korean too, which is bad.

BTW I'm using FVWM2, not KDE or Gnome.

In a shell:
LANG=ko_KR-utf-8 swriter

Or, in other words, write a little script for the apps that
need the special feature. If you set the environment
variable like that it will only be valid for that process.
