Only one way communication in RHEL6

I have a machine with RHEL6 installed and configured with DNS and DHCP server.

1. I installed windows7 in Virtual Manager.
2. DHCP has offered ip address for this windows7 (192.168.0.104).
3. When i Ping to my RHEL Machine i am getting reply, if i ping to windows7 machine for RHEL machine there is no reply.

What might be the problem?

There's a good chance the firewall on your Windows machine is turned on. This will block the ICMP request from the RHEL (or any other) machine.
