Question Not stoping spam emails on Aliases email address

Hi Guys,

I have Exim "exim-4.66-29" and "spamassassin-3.2.5-1" installed and running. When ever spamassasin detect any email as spam which is for any user email address then exim blackhole that email successfully. For example.

2008-07-13 10:48:06 1KHtVE-0004di-CS => :blackhole: <user@test.com> R=ditch_spam

But when spamassasin detect any email as spam and that email is for Alias address e,g (alias@test.com) then then email delivers to that alias address without any tagging . It seems like it completely allow the spam to deliver to alias address. Any clue how can i stop this ?.

Also please note that my exim is blackholing the spam email to user email address because of following lines in my exim.conf.

ditch_spam:
driver = redirect
allow_fail
data = :blackhole:
condition = ${if >{$spam_score_int}{${lookup mysql{select users.sa_refuse * 10 from users,domains \
where localpart = '${quote_mysql:$local_part}' \
and domain = '${quote_mysql:$domain}' \
and users.on_spamassassin = '1' \
and users.domain_id=domains.domain_id \
and users.sa_refuse > 0 }{$value}fail}} {yes}{no}}
local_part_suffix = -*
local_part_suffix_optional
retry_use_local_part

Please let me know what could be the reason for not blackholing spam email destined toward aliases.
