Unhappy Not installing libpng-devel on CL10

I have a cascaded problem.
First of all, I'm trying to install a KDE-C++ program.
When I type make, it does not work, because there is no libpng.
I try to install libpng-devel (with Synaptic) and it just says:

libpng-devel:
PreDepends: libpng3 but 3:1.2.5-57535U10_1cl is to be installed

I have libpng3 version 3:1.2.5-57535U10_1cl installed.

What should I do?

(I'm using CL10)
