Hello and welcome to LQ. Hope you like it here.

How do you add a plugin for each host.?
By adding the command in the check_commands config and then referencing it in the host config? Not to tell you to RTFM, but what in the accompanying Nagios docs is unclear and what in the well-commented configuration files doesn't provide examples enough? Please try and be more verbose like if it's a default plugin, if you already configured your hosts and ran Nagios without problems, etc, etc.

what im trying to achieve is not to get so many notifications
Then change the per-host "check_command" thresholds and "notification_interval" values.
