I decide not to do it. My scripts not support Mysql5.

I'll try MySQL migration: MyISAM to Innodb

Seams like it helped! Inoodb is super fast compare to MySAM…
I’ll wait till the pick up time to make sure.

Thanks trickykid!
Innodb fixed the problem! although, I was sure the problem was not with MyISAM, I try this, it worked! Now I can live life without any fear of unstable server work.
As I promise, I’ll pay $100… give me your paypal.
