MX Live USB Maker creates not bootable USB stick

I need to make a live USB stick for installation of Windows 10.
I used MX Live USB Maker, but when I try to boot from that USB stick I see a message about the stick is not bootable.
I am working under MX Linux.
Please tell me about the software similar to MX Live USB Maker, that could make installation live USB stick bootable.

You can write a Windows ISO with MX Live USB Maker with "image mode" (dd)
Or you can use the CLI: dd if=/path/to/Windows10.ISO of=/dev/sdx (where sdx is your USB stick.
