Question Multiple NICs Server Setup

I'm a small startup ISP.
My servers each have (3) 100Mbps Intel NICs.
RedHat allows me to set each NIC with it's own
IP address.
Right now my server's (3) NICs are all set to the same IP address.
The one IP address has all of my services running on it, apache web server, sendmail smtp, pop3 and bind for dns.

What is the best configuration for my NICs so I can better utilize my (3) NICs and run all of my services?

thank you

I take it that these are on three different segments of the same network right? Having multiple cards with the same IP address isn't that great - you're gonna confuse ARP a bit!

cheers

More info needed!

You are an ISP?

How are your clients connecting?
What is your connection to the internet?
How many valid Internet IP Addresses do you have?
How many clients?
