Mozilla web font differnt at each site, no tab browsing

I use Mozilla in red hat 9. When I go to different websites the fonts are so different. One site may be nice size, the next it's so small I can't read it. I have it set to override the website settings.

In ie all the pages show up at what you set it at. Is thee a way to get rh to display the fonts the same size on each site I go to? Is there more then one place to set over ride the web site fonts and use my size?

Also, I have tabed browsing checked in mozilla. I don't get the tabed browsing. How can I get tabed browsing if it doesn't do it when checked? thank you, Chris.
