movie player and banshee media player in ubuntu 11.04 not working

actually first it was working, when i saw 3gp movies
but now the same movies which i had seen before in the same media player, gives a warning that select a program from the web.
any ideas for getting the same fixed, without any other downloads.

and is there yahoo messenger for linux, i searched but thats only logging through website.

Try installing VLC and/or Real Player for Linux. Real Player is best for 3GP files. The install will probably be faster then trouble shooting what you have. Get them directly from their websites if possible, not apt-get.
