I've used the Concordance and Congruity apps for several years to reconfigure my Logitech Harmony One remote control on the Members.HarmonyRemote.com site, but I'm unable to log in to their new site (https://setup.myharmony.com/).
I believe that the problem is that I haven't configured Firefox to report its capabilities properly (although it seems straightforward enough, and I've done it for other sites).
I believe I have the most updated versions of Concordance, Congruity, and Firefox, and am running on a regularly updated version of Ubuntu 16.04.
Can anyone tell me how exactly I can use Logitech's newest site (or even if its possible) as I added another remote (650) that can't be updated with the "legacy" site?
I have found the same thing, I could not sign in from Firefox 52.0.2esr and a linux host.
I brought up XP with v-box and was able to sign in. You will find once you get signed in, you have to configure your devices with a windoze plugin ( the installer is a .exe file ) and silverlight from M$ to do anything with your devices. So, even if you fool them with browser config, you are still stuck with out a M$ or OSx system.

Hi Cliff:
As it happens, I do have an old XP instance in VirtualBox, but assumed that Silverlight wouldn't work with that since it was so much later than XP. I suppose I'll give that a try, although if I could find something that actually worked with Visio (the original Shapeware version before Microsoft neutered it) I would have dumped it ages ago.
Have you tried using Pipelight in Linux? I used that several years ago, but notice that it is no longer maintained - likely due to the fact that the world has marched on from the proprietary Silverlight to HTML5.
It's hard to believe that Logitech is still so unsupportive of Linux, but I guess that happens when you have no realistic competition.
No, I never used Pipelight. FWIW, Silerlight worked fine with my old XP 32 bit system.
I did find my Logitech clicker dropped out of V-box, I had to keep an eye on the Devices tab. If the Sync function will not go to 100%, check to see if your device is still checked on the devices tab.
I did find their Support forum helpful. I posted to the support channel, got a helpful response within 24 hours, and it fixed the problem I had with the clicker.

Thanks much, Cliff. As it sits, I have VBox completely isolated (no internet or wi-fi; not even printers are connected) for "security" reasons, so I'll need to be in just the right mood to give this a shot.
I'll hold off on adding a new remote for the moment.
