Hi! i am new user to linux. I have downloaded the mandriva linux 10 live. how to create linux installation cd. can anyone please tell me.

There should be an option to install on the hard disk,maybe when you start to boot in the live cd or when you are already in the GUI and using Mandriva as a live cd.Live cd usually is the installation disk.

You will need to use a program to 'burn' the ISO file to CD. I think NERO is a Winblows program for this but I'm sure there are others.

'.iso' is an image .... to be burnt with :

"Burn an image" or "Burn as an image"

There is no Mandriva 10, do you mean the very old
Mandrake 10 ?? ( It's from year 2004 )
