libssl.so.2 and nessus

I recently installed nessus on red hat 9, it was working but now when try to run it, i get 'nessus: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory'.

iv tried uninstalling nessus and re-installing openssl and re-installing nessus but i still get the same error.

Any suggestions?
