KDevelop: Making "Find"/"Replace" bars not be per-file?

In KDevelop, the "Find" and "Find/Replace" bars are per-file. Is there anyway to make them per-window or per-session or per-KDevelop-instance? It gets really tiresome, and slows me down considerably, having to reenter the same information every time I try to repeat the same search on a different file.
