K-Menu displayed in Konqueror?

I was wondering if there's any way to display the K-Menu in Konqueror? The same way you can see the Gnome Menu in Nautilus by open it to "applications:///" or how you can see the Windows Start Menu in Windows Explorer by going to C:\Documents and Settings\user\Start Menu\Programs.
