ISO containing .exe installer file

I recently came across an Linux installation image that contained a .exe file. So if you view the contents of the install disk from windows, there is an .exe option that you can run, which will result in a dual boot option when booting windows. I cant remember which distro it was. I might have been Kali. What are some of the distros that have that option please?

thanks

Peter

Welcome to LQ!

Ubuntu used to have a "wubi installer"
I believe they weren't the first to do this.

Have fun!

Wubi may be the best choice.
