Question Is it legal to distribute Winex/CVS?

Hi,
As soon as Winex 4.0 was announced, I downloaded it to make sure I got a working version(near official package maybe).
I'd like to share it since downloading from CVS is quite random, but I'm not sure it's really
legal.
Reading the license didn't give me 'useful' stuff, it just says:'The only thing you can't do is redistribute it for any commercial purpose', but the Gentoo team was forced not to include it in portage... was does it mean?

Can anyone clear the matter?

PS: Don't tell me to use Wine instead! The right tool for the right work(gaming).

Well, "The only thing you can't do is redistribute it for any commercial purpose" tells me you can redistribute, just don't try to make money off of them or bundle perhaps with a commercial product.

I'd say if you really want to be for sure, email them and ask them directly what you had in mind.

I was reluctant to talking to them, but I guess that's what I'll do.
But why can't my sweet portage(gentoo) do this too!!

Thanks!
