install 'kdar'

when installing 'kdar' it asks for an 'archive name'
'kdar' suggests something like '*_full_051127'
and clearly states not to add .1.dar that it is added by default.
I enter 'desktop_full_051127'.
Then, 'kdar' doesn't recognize it.
Error message is:
/desktop_full_051127.1.dar is required for futher
operation. Please provide the file.
'locate' doesn't find it nor any *.dar files.

Any ideas on solving this

Since you haven't created an archive yet, try just blanking that field and tab through it. See if the installation continues.
