Increasing Kernel stack size to 8k without recompiling the Kernel

Hi guys,

I have a wireless lan card, which i have installed the driverloader for it from, linuxant.com. i have installed it as per say on the website. It say's there is a problem with my device, please check the output from the Kernel, i did do and it turns out that the driver that i have used for this wireless lan card requieres a stacksize of 8k

somewhere else on the internet say you can do it with the limit ulimit command from the CLI, i have tried this but it says that limit doesn't exist and ulimit doesn't really do anything, as far as i can tell.

Nope it is not possible to increase a Red Hat supplied kernel stack size to 8k without recompliing the kernel.
