Might give you a clue ;}

Compiling here...
I'm having the same problem and not able to determine what it is.
line 611 says

rpm: Makefile
make dist
$(RPMBUILD) -ta $(PACKAGE)-$(VERSION).tar.gz
rm $(PACKAGE)-$(VERSION).tar.gz

is this meant to be here at all? faac doesn't have these lines at the end of it's makefile...?

Yes, I'm aware this is an old post, but Google works just as well on old stuff as new...
Cheers,Jaze

For those who could be building older packages, the error in the configure script output is a missing header file, mathf.h that is a legacy Intel math header file. It is from a library libimf.a.
