Howto use Postfix, Kmail locally, pine & ssh remotely ?

On my home LAN I'll be using Postfix to handle mail for my domain and kmail as my client of choice. Not done yet but I'm fairly confident I can get this to work ok.

However, I use ssh on all platforms to connect remotely to my server from various locations, how can I use Pine or other such console based email prog with the above ?

If other console based client other than Pine, which one ? Easiest to config ? Mailbox formats ?

Cheers

Chazza
