how to create a handbook?


i have written a mini proxy server for linux
i have to prepare a handbook (help and instructions ) for this similar to kde handbook.
is there any software available on linux to do this easily.
prefarably in red had 7.3 or knoppix

Do you mean to make a printed manual, or something like a PDF, or just a text file, or ... ?

What kind of handbook are you looking to make?

I think the KDE handbooks are just html pages rendered in a browser with specific extensions. Why not just write your handbook in 'standard' HOWTO format?
