Try adding the missing site to your sources list and see if that clears it up. It looks like apt is complaining about a site that is required for it to complete the update process. I don't think it is something you can comment out in a config file (meaning trying to stop apt from looking for that site) so this would be your first stop. Alternatively you may try reinstalling apt.

Try

rpm [cncbr] http://ftp.nl.linux.org/pub/conectiva/ 9/i386 001 002 003 004

I´m using the unicamp repository this is the current structure...fo 9 release...

rpm [cncbr] ftp://ftp.unicamp.br/pub/conectiva/ 9/i386 001 002 003 004

And for the Snapshot version....I´m using this version
it is seemed Mandrake Cooker, RawHide or Debian SID is always a version in development not recommended for production environments.

rpm ftp://ftp.unicamp.br/pub/conectiva/ snapshot/i386 main extra gnome devel games kde doctools printer audio cross database doc ha testing experimental

I forgot to mention adds the meta-repository.
instead of placing all repositories only places all

ex:

rpm [cncbr] http://ftp.nl.linux.org/pub/conectiva/ 9/i386 all
