gMFSK problems

I'm having problems setting up gMFSK, either v 6 or v 7. on my FC4 box.
Do a configure and hit the following error:

"checking for library containing fftw_create_plan... no
configure: error: FFTW libraries not found!!!"

fftw is installed, latest version, but this keeps happening. I think they use ver 2.0, but I have ver 3.01 loaded I think, nothing should be broken.

Any clues or recommendations.

In addition to the FFTW libraries, you also need the development tools as well. I see there are FC4 RPMs at rpmseek and sourceforge.
