Unhappy Funny "thing" on wine

Hi, i has just install wine in Mandrake 9.0 few days ago. After this, i has installed my windows software without any problem. However, i have a problem trying to run some applications. If I'm in a console in the programs folder (e.g. home/myself/c/Programs/UnitConverterPro) I can run the application with any problem (e.g. wine UConPro.exe). But, if I'm outside the application folder (e.g. wine c/Programs/UnitConverterPro/UConPro.exe), i have troubles with databases or different things on other programs. What can i do? is this a solutionable problem? is there a trick to put in my menu? (like a way to enter first to the folder and after these run the command y only one line). However i hope somebody can help me. Thank you.
