So I have been using fluxbox for a while on my Debian system. Now I am looking into the option of switching over to LXDE. Sure I can install it and try it over a period of time but I am would also like to hear about pros and cons of each from people who have already tried those?
These things are so personal, only you can decide if you like it or not.
It's like which distro is the best, or what taste better, chocolate or vanilla.
If you don't have space issues you can have them both. When you logon you have a choice of sessions and can then choose if you want the fluxbox or lxde desktop. If you decide you don't like lxde then you can always remove it.
cheers,
jdk
