fluxbox disable mouse hover popup tooltip (Firefox only ?)

Ok, I've attached an image showing what I'm talking about. This happens mostly and maybe exclusively in Firefox, and is very annoying. Every time I hover the mouse over a window or even parts of a window inside the browser this tooltip pops up and seems to stay up for a while and block my view and interfere with my browser interaction.

I want to disable these completely, because they are not useful to me. Does any fluxbox expert know how to do it ?

Many thanks if you can solve it.

I couldn't take screenshots when it appears inside the browser, but it is the same popup and is harder to get rid of.

Edit $HOME/.fluxbox/init and and set "session.screen0.tooltipDelay: -1".

P.S. For reference, I found the fix/workaround here.

From the patch where this 'feature' was added:

a tooltip onmouseover those toobar icons whose text isn't fully showed
So it seems that you see it most often in Firefox because WM_NAME is set to include the page's title which can be very long. Actually the same thing happens in Opera (and probably other browsers) for the same reason. So it isn't just a Firefox thing.
