Unhappy Fetchmail & postfix

I am running Postfix which gets messages delivered using fetchmail running on the same machine, fetching from another. When a message is rejected by postfix due to its size for example, fetchmail tries to send a bounce with the from address of FETCHMAIL-DAEMON@xxx where xxx is my hostname, not a FQDN.

Postfix is configured to reject sending domains that dont have records, and my hostname falls into that category. Also, I would not like bounce messages to be sent from FETCHMAIL-DAEMON@xxx, but rather FETCHMAIL-DAEMON@mydomain.com. Problem is that I can't seem to find a way to tell fetchmail to use mydomain.com rather than xxx.

So, how can I solve this so that bounces are sent from @mydomain.com?

I've already scoured google to no avail
